After decades in dealership service, Charlie Marlow saw an opportunity to create something different—an independent shop where customers weren’t just transactions, but valued members of a trusted automotive family. In 2008, Marlow Motor-Werks was born, built from the ground up to provide premier service for Mercedes-Benz, BMW, MINI, Smart Cars, and Sprinter vans across the Monterey Peninsula.

Many of our technicians have worked together since the 1990s, and that experience matters. Our factory-trained, Master Guild Technicians have over 130 years of combined expertise, ensuring that every vehicle we service receives the highest level of care.
