I never felt rushed or like I was being sold anything I did not need. I'm a customer for life! They took great care of my 2014 CLS 550 Mercedes. Excellent job !!

Very pleased with the service I have received at Marlow Mercedes-Werks. I took in the 2005 Mini Cooper S that recently purchased. They did a great job reviewing what should be fixed in order of priority and made sure I understood potential costs and timing. No surprises! I recommend them highly, and will continue to use their services.

Each time I have had occasion to take my new Interstate to Marlow Mercedes-Werks, everyone has been gracious, knowledgeable and follows through. I am always pleased, feel lucky to have found out about Marlow. Monterey Mercedes won't even look at a Mercedes Sprinter, so they also save a two+ hour drive to the nearest dealer. Highly recommend.

Amazing local Mercedes-Benz shop. Super clean and everyone I met was extremely friendly. I went to dealership and one other shop before deciding on Marlow. They came in about 1k cheaper than the dealer, and about 600 cheaper from the other shop. Of the three shops, they were the only ones to actually show me pictures of the problem and show how they were going to fix. Highly recommend for all of your Mercedes-Benz repair needs, Roy was an amazing help in getting me back on the road safely!

I've had my share of bad experiences with auto shops so I'm always nervous when I bring a car in. If you own a Mercedes, bring it here! These guys are excellent. Very good customer service, and very quick turnaround. I really appreciate the effort they put in to finding the best price for replacement parts and how they stay in touch through the whole process. Best auto shop experience I've ever had. Five stars, worth every penny.
